1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Web Story Hub (“App”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App.

By downloading, opening, or using Web Story Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Web Story Hub

Web Story Hub is a story-discovery app that presents visual stories and related information supplied by third-party publishers. The App may display story titles, descriptions, images, videos, publisher names, icons, categories, and links to publishers' websites.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Web Story Hub is a discovery and presentation service; it does not claim to own or independently author all third-party stories shown in the App.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age at which you can legally accept these Terms, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the App for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or compromise the App, its servers, or related services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or services connected to the App.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content at a scale that harms the service or violates applicable rights or laws.
• Remove or obscure publisher attribution, copyright notices, or other rights notices.
• Misrepresent yourself as a publisher, rights holder, or representative of Web Story Hub.
• Use the App in a way that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the App and its users when we believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Publisher Content & External Links

Story content and publisher details may be supplied by independent third-party publishers. We aim to present available publisher information and attribution, but we do not guarantee that every item is complete, accurate, current, available, or suitable for every user.

The App may link to or open a publisher's website. When you visit an external site, you do so at your own discretion and are subject to that site's terms, privacy policy, and content practices. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, services, availability, or policies.

If you have questions about a story's accuracy, ownership, removal, or original publication, you may need to contact the relevant publisher or rights holder directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's name, branding, interface, and original software elements may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our own protected materials.

Third-party stories, images, videos, logos, and other materials may belong to their respective publishers or rights holders. Displaying content in the App does not transfer ownership to you or to Web Story Hub. All rights remain with their respective owners.

If you believe content displayed by the App infringes your rights, please contact us with enough information to identify the content and explain your concern. We may review the report and take appropriate action where reasonably warranted.

7. Reports & Content Concerns

If a report feature is available, you may use it to flag content you believe is spam, inappropriate, misleading, or potentially infringing. Please provide truthful, relevant information and do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed. We may review reports, seek additional information, or refer a concern to the relevant publisher or rights holder. Some content decisions may be outside our control because content is hosted or managed by a third party.

8. Availability & Changes to the App

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including story feeds, publisher listings, features, or supported devices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App or third-party content.

Story availability may depend on publisher servers, internet connectivity, and other services beyond our control. You are responsible for any network or data charges imposed by your mobile or internet provider.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, safety, or legality of every third-party story, opinion, product, service, or website accessible through the App. You are responsible for evaluating third-party content before relying on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web Story Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or third-party content.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited only to the extent the law permits.

11. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the App, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. Nothing in this section requires you to assume responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to impose on you.

12. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, publishers, or our legal rights, we may restrict access to features or discontinue support for particular uses, subject to applicable law.

Terms that by their nature should continue after use ends, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with the App.

When you access third-party publisher websites, their own privacy policies and practices apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the App, its features, or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is recognized by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operator and the user, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.

This section is not intended to remove any legal rights you may have under mandatory local law.
